We want you to shop with confidence while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards.


Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we are unable to offer any return, exchange, or store credit.

No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.


Eligibility for Store Credit

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Intimates and lingerie

  • Sanitary or personal-use items

  • Earrings or pierced jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Sale or discounted items


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

Please include your order number and proof of purchase.
Do not send items back without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Store Credit Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email

  • If approved, store credit will be issued

  • Store credit may be used on future purchases and is non-transferable


Defective or Damaged Items

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect

Approved defective items may be:

  • Replaced with the same item, or

  • Issued store credit if a replacement is unavailable


Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift, approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a gift credit

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser

Returns should be sent to one of the following locations (once approved):

  • Southern Main Road, Caroni

  • 142 Union Road, Marabella

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
